About the Dealing Services Agent Role:
As a Dealing Services Agent, you will support AJ Bell customers with placing and executing investment deals across a range of financial products. You’ll act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional, compliant, and high-quality service at all times.

Supporting customers via phone, email, and secure messaging

Placing and executing investment deals over the phone

Handling inbound customer calls and responding to email queries

Providing accurate information on trading and investment processes

Delivering exceptional customer service in line with service level agreements

Working in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements

Managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Maintaining accurate customer records using internal systems
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required:
To succeed in this Dealing Services Agent job in the UK, you should have:
Essential Requirements

A minimum of 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A–C)* or equivalent, including Maths and English

Excellent customer service skills

A polite, professional, and confident telephone manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Previous financial services experience (not essential – training provided)
Working Hours & Shifts:
