Role Overview

This is a graduate-level, full-time position designed for someone curious, driven, and ready to learn fast. As a Business Operations Associate, you will work at the very heart of daily operations. Your primary focus involves ensuring orders arrive on time and sellers remain happy. Furthermore, you will constantly find ways to help our systems keep improving.

• Location: Bristol (Remote-first, with occasional travel to UK warehouses)

• Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per year

What You’ll Do

Your daily tasks will be varied and impactful. For example, you will perform the following duties:

• Logistics Coordination: You will coordinate with warehouses, couriers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth order flow.

• On-site Learning: You will visit various fulfillment centers to understand operations from the ground up.
