We are now seeking a Marketing Executive who will play a key role in supporting day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating multi-channel activities, and assisting in the execution of engaging marketing campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring marketer looking to gain hands-on experience across digital, content, and customer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Executive, you will:

• Support the planning, coordination, and rollout of marketing campaigns and events across multiple digital and offline channels.

• Help create, edit, and refine marketing content including email copy, social media posts, and promotional materials.

• Maintain and update campaign timelines using marketing workflow and project management tools.

• Assist with budget tracking, asset organisation, and ensuring all campaign collateral is accurate and up to date.

• Develop clear, creative presentations to communicate campaign plans and performance insights.

• Manage the marketing trade calendar, asset libraries, and version control systems.

• Organise team meetings, prepare minutes, track actions, and support internal communication.

• Produce basic performance reports, gather data, and highlight trends that support marketing decision-making.

• Administer and update customer marketing databases to enhance targeting and segmentation.

• Contribute ideas that improve marketing processes, collaboration, and team efficiency.

Preferred Experience Includes:

• Experience in planning, scheduling, or basic project coordination.

• Familiarity with marketing/project tools such as Smartsheet, Trello, Jira, or email marketing platforms.

• A foundational understanding of digital marketing channels like social media, email marketing, and website content.
