Role Overview
This is a pivotal 6-month operational project role. Specifically, it focuses on elevating process efficiency and supporting meaningful operational change across the organization. You will play a key part in coordinating and embedding improved workflows within the team responsible for centralized relationship management across Managing Agents in the Lloyd’s market.
Candidates must have experience mapping end-to-end processes, identifying operational bottlenecks, and delivering process improvements that streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will be split across three critical areas:
🔧 Operational & Process Improvement

Lead and support the rollout of an operational excellence framework across Account Management.

Furthermore, ensure effective processes, communication flows, tools, and technologies are correctly in place.

Maintain documentation for core processes and provide guidance to ensure compliance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Account Management operations.
📅 Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Manage complex scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination effectively.

Support cross-functional workflows and ensure timely, high-quality task execution.

Partner with the Operations Manager and senior leadership on day-to-day activities, as well as strategic initiatives.
📊 Reporting & Tracking

Own reporting trackers, action logs, and internal tools.

Proactively escalate issues and enable smoother decision-making across the team.

Streamline internal reporting, documentation, and knowledge-sharing systems.
