What You’ll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Prospect Engagement: You will engage with prospects and build strong, professional relationships.

• Solution Presentation: You will showcase PHMG’s audio branding solutions to potential clients.

• Target Achievement: You will consistently work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Energy & Resilience: You will bring energy, resilience, and ambition to the sales floor every day.

• Skill Development: You will consistently develop your skills through expert training programs.

What You’ll Receive

• Competitive Salary: Receive up to £30,000 base salary.

• Guaranteed Bonus: Get a £750 guaranteed bonus for your first 3 months.

• Year 1 Earning Potential (OTE): Expect to earn £60,000+ (with top performers reaching £85,000+).

• Uncapped Commission: The more you achieve, the more you earn, thanks to our uncapped commission structure.

• Salary Growth: You will receive quarterly salary increases for consistently hitting targets.
