About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to launch or accelerate your career in HR and People Operations. As an HR Assistant, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience. You will work directly with our partners and clients, which include some of the UK’s most innovative startups and scale-ups.

Therefore, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations, driving process improvements, and delivering exceptional client support. Simultaneously, you will also support the internal growth and efficiency of Foundation Partners. Key Responsibilities

Your role will be split between supporting our external clients and internal team:

Client Delivery Support:

• Documentation: Draft, issue, and file contracts, letters, and various HR templates.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for multiple clients.
• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with hiring managers.
• HRIS Maintenance: Maintain HRIS systems and ensure all client records are consistently accurate and up to date.
• Reporting: Support data collection, benchmarking, and the preparation of key HR reports.
• Presentation: Format client deliverables and presentations for professional, high-quality delivery.
• Policy Assistance: As you grow in the role, you will assist in drafting essential policies and employee handbooks.

Internal Support:

• Documentation: Prepare proposals, templates, and internal documentation for the Foundation Partners team.
• Operational Efficiency: Assist with team tools, systems, and operational tasks to enhance internal efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Prior experience in HR Administration, People Operations, or Business Support.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and Excel/Sheets, plus a willingness to quickly learn new systems (e.g., Notion, various HRIS platforms).
• A genuine curiosity for startups and a strong passion for People & Culture initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 per annum
• Bonus: 10% discretionary bonus
• Leave: 25 days annual leave
