Key Responsibilities
As the Retail Operations Assistant, you will be a central hub for efficiency and communication. Your main responsibilities include:
- Operational Support: Provide necessary administrative and operational support to ensure smooth retail functions.
- Communication Management: Manage general telephone enquiries and handle the Retail Operations inbox efficiently.
- Daily Oversight: Oversee daily store alarm monitoring and manage all aspects of omnichannel reporting.
- Database Maintenance: Maintain and accurately update the official Retail Stores database.
- Internal Publishing: Assist in creating and publishing timely store and head office communications within set deadlines.
- Travel Coordination: Manage travel requests for store staff, carefully ensuring costs remain within budget.
- Incentive Management: Coordinate all store incentives and ensure accurate and timely prize payments.
- Budget Contribution: Support store stationery orders and contribute to overall budget management activities.
- Project Support: Assist with new store openings and closures, including coordinating travel, accommodation, and necessary consumables.
- Collaboration: Collaborate actively with all head office departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient problem-solving.
- Meeting Organization: Organise area meetings and contribute vital administrative support to key retail projects.
