Your Role as an IT Engineer

You’ll be instrumental in improving, securing, and scaling our core IT infrastructure. With a strong focus on automation, you will manage everything from identity and access to endpoint security, ensuring operational excellence across all our global teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support & Services

• Provide day-to-day IT support across hardware, software, and the full employee lifecycle needs.
• Refine IT support tools, documentation, and feedback systems to boost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and SaaS issues while simultaneously developing long-term prevention processes.

2. Endpoint Management

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Mac and Linux endpoints. You will use tools like Kandji, Crowdstrike, and Kolide.
• Enforce strong security standards and manage compliance monitoring actively.

3. Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Administer Okta systems, automating joiner/mover/leaver workflows.
• Partner with security and engineering teams to enforce least privilege and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies.

4. SaaS Engineering

• Manage integrations across key tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, GitHub, and 1Password.
• Optimize the engagement, efficiency, and security of our SaaS ecosystem.

5. AI & Automation

• Eliminate repetitive tasks through scripting, APIs, and low-code automation tools like Zapier.
• Build custom tools and bots that integrate LLM technology to significantly enhance workflow automation.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Mac endpoint management.
• Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, APIs, Zapier).
• Strong documentation and process management skills.
• Familiarity with IAM best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills for both technical and non-technical collaboration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
• Exposure to Linux systems, GCP/AWS, or a strong interest in blockchain technology.
• Knowledge of Kandji and Crowdstrike platforms.
