About the Role
As an IT Operations Graduate, you will provide world-class technical support to users both on-site and remotely. Therefore, you’ll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud technologies and play a key role in ensuring our teams have the right tools to perform at their very best.

Key Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical support for Mac and Windows devices, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Assist in onboarding new team members—setting up hardware, necessary access, and running IT inductions.
- Maintain and optimize office tech setups, which includes WiFi, digital signage, and conference systems.
- Support live events and manage audiovisual technology.
- Track and manage IT inventory and stock levels.
- Research and resolve software or hardware issues independently.
- Act as the go-to resource for all technology-related queries within the office.
- Collaborate closely with the IT Service Desk and escalate complex issues when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates who bring:
- Recent Graduate status in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (must be graduating by Summer 2026).
- A strong passion for technology and digital innovation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A basic understanding of networking, servers, and databases.
- An interest in cloud-based environments (such as AWS, Azure, or similar).
- A strong customer-focused mindset and a genuine eagerness to learn.
