Your Role – IT Specialist

As an IT Specialist, you will directly support IT operations across Northern Europe. Your main goal is ensuring seamless technology performance in both our head office and our retail stores. Consequently, you will collaborate across various departments, manage essential hardware and software systems, and uphold the PRADA Group’s globally recognized high standards for IT infrastructure and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Your core duties will include:

  • Project Implementation: You will participate in planning and implementing IT projects in collaboration with multiple internal departments.
  • Support Management: You will manage IT support requests efficiently through the dedicated ticketing system.
  • System Administration: You will administer and monitor hardware, software, and networked devices.
  • Technical Support: You will provide hands-on technical support for systems, applications, and mobile devices.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain PCs, peripherals, and complex store systems.
  • Compliance: You will ensure compliance with all global IT and security guidelines.
  • Documentation & Training: You will create technical documentation and deliver effective user training sessions.

Knowledge & Skills

We are seeking a candidate who brings the following qualifications and expertise:

  • A Degree or recognized training in IT Management, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Experience working in retail or customer-facing IT environments is preferred.
  • Furthermore, strong communication and effective user training skills are essential.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, XStore, and managing hardware/network environments.
  • Proven experience in remote troubleshooting and system analysis.
  • A reliable, detail-oriented, and self-driven work style.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across Northern Europe as needed.
  • Finally, basic knowledge of SAP (for end-user support) is a definite advantage.
