Role Overview

As the Bloomberg Digital Content Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our digital presence. You will keep our Bloomberg Connects guides accurate, highly engaging, and up-to-date. You will collaborate with internal teams to refresh existing content, upload new exhibition materials, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Consequently, your insights will help shape how thousands of users experience England’s history digitally.

What You’ll Do

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Content Management: You will maintain and update content across all Bloomberg Connects guides.
  • Support: You will support colleagues by adding new and temporary digital materials quickly and accurately.
  • Performance Monitoring: You will monitor performance metrics and suggest creative improvements to enhance engagement.
  • Quality Assurance: You will ensure links, visuals, and information are accurate and accessible to all users.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate across various departments to enhance user engagement and guide usability.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Detail Orientation: Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Digital Skills: A basic understanding of CMS (Content Management Systems) or other digital publishing tools.
  • Communication: Great communication and teamwork skills.
  • Interest: An interest or experience in heritage, culture, or public programs is a significant advantage.

Salary & Contract Details

 

  • Salary: Starting from £23,896 (pro rata, depending on skills and experience).
  • Contract Type: Fixed-term for 12 months.
  • Hours: 21.6 hours per week (part-time).
  • Location: London EC2V.
  • Interview Date: Interviews are scheduled for Thursday, 27th November (via MS Teams).
