Role Overview

This is an 18-month temporary position that plays a key part within our Services team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the performance, configuration, and optimization of the RON network. As a trusted expert, you’ll handle escalated issues, manage upgrades, and meticulously validate changes using our test environments before full implementation.

Key Responsibilities

As our Network Infrastructure Engineer, you will:

• Monitor network performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Configure and maintain VLANs, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Validate threats, patches, and system updates.
• Manage hardware lifecycle, firmware upgrades, and backups.
• Handle access control and implement remediation plans.
• Create and maintain network documentation and diagrams.
• Support log-in/log-off activities for new applications.
• Collaborate with the Service Centre and utilize tools like Metrix.
