You will directly support our mission of deploying artificial general intelligence (AGI) for the benefit of everyone.

About the Role

As a Network Security Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and securing both our campus and cloud network infrastructure. You’ll design high-performing, scalable, and secure systems that connect on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring compliance with best practices.

Moreover, this role blends strategy and hands-on innovation. You’ll use automation workflows with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and create CI/CD pipelines for IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will collaborate with our IT, security, and engineering teams to implement Zero Trust principles, enhance observability, and deliver reliable, automated solutions.

What You’ll Do

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Architecting and maintaining secure and scalable network infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Implementing automation using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows.
• Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for corporate IT infrastructure.
• Developing internal dashboards and monitoring tools for real-time performance insights.
• Working with cross-functional teams to align automation with Zero Trust frameworks.
• Establishing RBAC, enforcing policies, and strengthening network security measures.
• Ultimately, leading multiple initiatives to deliver secure, efficient, and resilient solutions.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• A strong background with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Palo Alto, or similar vendors.
• Furthermore, expertise in Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) is essential.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools such as SNMP, Syslog, Netflow, ELK, and Grafana.
• A solid understanding of firewalls, ACLs, VPNs, and RBAC.
• Proficiency in Python, Golang, Ruby, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Lastly, experience integrating IT infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines is crucial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You’ll Thrive If You Also Have

• Expertise in SSL inspection.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN implementations and data center best practices.
