Your Role

As a Network Security Engineer (CAS), you will:

• Manage network security: You’ll remotely manage IPS/IDS, SSL decryption, and FPC solutions as a core part of an established team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: You’ll troubleshoot and resolve escalated faults from our 2nd line engineers.
• Implement changes: You will implement service changes into the production environment to enhance operations.
• Act as a liaison: You’ll serve as a crucial bridge between the 3rd Line Team and our 24/7 support team.
• Create documentation: You will produce how-to guides and collaborate with other dependent parties to ensure smooth processes.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a professional who brings:

• Proven experience as a Network Engineer in an operational setting.
• Strong technical expertise across enterprise environments, with hands-on skills in Cisco Firepower configuration, F5 device management, and configuring multiple traffic flows on a single device.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across various teams.
• A self-motivated approach with a drive for continuous improvement.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and eligibility to undergo high-level security clearance.
