What You’ll Do

As a Junior Analytics Engineer, you’ll work closely with the Head of Analytical Engineering and the wider BI & Analytics team to:

• Support tech changes: You’ll adapt and maintain data models and reporting to support evolving technology.
• Build data pipelines: You’ll build and optimize data pipelines using tools like DBT and Snowflake.
• Enhance data models: You’ll improve existing data models across Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
• Drive improvements: You’ll drive cost and performance improvements in data pipelines.
• Develop new models: You’ll develop new scalable, reliable, and well-documented data models for the business.
• Collaborate on solutions: You’ll work with analysts and engineers to deliver data solutions that unlock insights.
• Support AI initiatives: You’ll support AI-driven initiatives with curated datasets and explore AI-assisted tools.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who has:

• 1–2 years of experience in analytics engineering or data analytics.
• High proficiency in SQL and dashboard tools like Tableau or Looker.
• An understanding of data pipelines (ELT/ETL) and data warehouse concepts.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Python experience for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with DBT and AI code assistants.
• Previous e-commerce or BI experience.
