Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, no two days will ever be the same! Consequently, you’ll have varied responsibilities, including:

• Welcoming students: You will greet students and their families with friendly site tours.
• Managing daily operations: This includes handling parcels, post, and logging maintenance requests.
• Ensuring safety: You will keep our facilities safe and fully compliant with all health and safety standards.
• Organizing events: You will help to organize exciting social events for students.
• Resolving issues: You will handle customer complaints with care and professionalism.
• Supporting administration: You will support the team in managing rent arrears quickly and effectively.

• Salary: £28,200 per year
