What You’ll Be Doing

As a Night Reception Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a safe and comfortable stay. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with a smile and managing their check-ins and check-outs.
• Conducting regular corridor walks to ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Professionally addressing any guest issues or noise complaints.
• Supporting various hotel operations, such as preparing housekeeping trolleys, assisting with breakfast prep, and even serving guests at the bar.
