The Role
As an AVP, you will act as the strategic bridge between the Digital & Technology Organization (DTO) and brand leadership. You’ll ensure digital priorities are clear, aligned, and delivered with speed and precision. Furthermore, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence how two iconic brands experience technology engagement and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading engagement and strategic alignment across the P&O Cruises and Cunard brands.
- Driving the prioritization and planning of brand initiatives for DTO delivery.
- Managing governance, risk, and performance reporting across all brand-facing projects.
- Serving as the escalation and coordination lead between brand stakeholders and DTO teams.
About You

- Proven experience managing senior stakeholder relationships in commercial or brand-led environments.
- A strong ability to translate business goals into clear technology delivery plans.
- A solid track record in governance, reporting, and structured engagement.
- Experience working with digital, guest experience, or product teams within high-profile brands.
