Role Overview

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll oversee a variety of technology projects from their initiation through to closure. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Main Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing projects: You will manage assigned IT projects by following the established F1 Project Management Process Framework.

• Developing plans: You will develop detailed project plans, complete with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Engaging stakeholders: You will actively engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the project.
• Collaborating with partners: You will collaborate with external partners and service providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identifying risks: You will identify potential risks, create effective mitigation strategies, and monitor project progress.
• Budget management: You will provide accurate budget management, forecasting, and supplier coordination.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who has:

• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in IT project management.
• Training: Formal training in Agile, Prince2, PMP, APM, MSP, or other methodologies.
• Background: A strong background in managing budgets, suppliers, and third parties.
• Proven track record: A proven record of successfully delivering end-to-end IT projects.
• Adaptability: Experience handling multiple projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Technical understanding: A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Key skills: Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
