• Location: 43-44 Crutched Friars, London EC3N 2AE
• Salary: £29,295 – £30,587 per year
• Contract Type: Apprenticeship

What You’ll Do

You’ll provide essential administrative and project support to our IT Project Management team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative and project support to the IT Project Management team.
• Maintaining project documentation libraries with precision.
• Scheduling and organizing project meetings and ensuring all necessary papers are up to date.
• Assisting with project plans, risk, and issue registers.
• Acting as the first point of contact for stakeholder queries.
• Monitoring project progress and escalating issues where necessary.
• Creating clear status reports for boards and management.
• Undertaking the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship course with BPP to gain a professional qualification.

About You

We are looking for an organized, motivated individual ready to step into the world of IT project management. You’ll bring:

• 5 GCSEs (grades 9–4 / A*–C) including English & Maths, or 48+ UCAS points or equivalent experience.
• Good computer literacy, including strong skills in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment using MS Teams.
• A self-motivated and proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in technology project management.
