We’ve launched a new in-house IT Transformation Team and IT Transformation Strategy, and now we’re looking for an experienced professional to help us drive efficiency, deliver service excellence, and meet stakeholder expectations.
About the Role
As our new IT Transformation Project Manager, you will:
- Lead projects: Deliver IT business application transformation projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Drive ownership: Establish a strong sense of ownership among stakeholders and drive organizational maturity in project management.
- Manage PMO: Set up and manage an IT Project Management Office (PMO) to support governance and reporting for our Strategic Change Programme Board.
- Provide assurance: Provide assurance to senior stakeholders that IT investments are delivering real value and a strong return on investment.
- Build relationships: Build trusted relationships across the business, ensuring confidence in our IT systems while maintaining a strong customer focus.
Skills & Experience Weāre Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
- A project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, AgilePM).
- Proven success in delivering IT business application/software projects with effective risk and benefit management.
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving change in IT applications, business processes, and data management.
- Experience managing a PMO or governance function and supporting senior leadership in decision-making.
