This is a permanent, fully remote role where you’ll play a vital part in leading strategic IT transformation projects and wider business change initiatives.

About the Role

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll report directly to the Director of Finance and Transformation. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end planning and execution of IT projects—from design all the way through to implementation. You will also support broader business change initiatives.

Your focus will include system implementation, IT transformation projects, and strategic business delivery. Furthermore, you’ll be central to managing change and making sure there is a smooth adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design, planning, and execution of IT and business change projects.
• Delivering strategic IT transformation projects and system implementations.
• Applying structured project management methodologies like PRINCE2 and Agile.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple teams.
• Analyzing project proposals and providing constructive feedback.
• Presenting updates and reports clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Conducting business analysis and process mapping.
• Using reporting tools to track project performance and KPIs.
• Navigating ambiguity and adapting in changing environments with an agile mindset.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

• Strong experience managing large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Accreditation in PRINCE2, Agile, or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in business analysis and process mapping.
• Public sector project experience (desirable but not essential).

Salary & Benefits
