What You’ll Do

As an Examination Invigilator, you’ll ensure that all exams run smoothly and fairly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising students: You’ll oversee students during both paper-based and computer-based exams to ensure academic integrity.
• Managing materials: You’ll prepare exam rooms and efficiently hand out and collect all necessary papers.
• Providing instructions: You’ll give clear and concise instructions to large groups of students under formal exam conditions.
• Following procedures: You’ll follow all university policies and procedures to the letter. Don’t worry—we’ll provide full training.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Highly organized, vigilant, and reliable.
• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Capable of staying calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexible and willing to travel within the Bristol area.
• Available for both morning and afternoon shifts, especially during our busiest periods in May, June, August, and December.
• Prepared to start early, with morning sessions typically beginning at 8:30 AM.
