About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, every day brings exciting new opportunities to grow. You’ll proactively reach out to potential clients, make outbound calls, diligently follow up on warm leads, and also generate new ones. Ultimately, your efforts will create qualified opportunities for our sales team. You’ll work closely with our marketing and operations teams, consequently helping to transform how businesses operate with our cutting-edge GPS tracking and data solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will involve:

  • Responding quickly to inbound inquiries and converting them into genuine opportunities.
  • Identifying and engaging the right decision-makers in our target markets.
  • Leading outbound sales prospecting through calls, emails, and various other channels.
  • Making memorable first impressions and nurturing warm prospects effectively.
  • Uncovering client pain points and key buying drivers.
  • Keeping Teletrac Navman top of mind throughout the entire buyer journey.
  • Utilizing Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to maximize your reach and effectiveness.
  • Keeping the sales pipeline consistently flowing with qualified leads.
  • Collaborating with training and product teams to continuously boost your product knowledge.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship, either now or in the future.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • You should possess a strong understanding of sales, or alternatively, a clear hunger to learn and grow within the field.
  • A natural people person with a talent for listening and truly understanding client needs.
  • Motivated and comfortable with high-volume prospecting (up to 80 calls/30 emails daily).
  • Resilient, possesses a problem-solving attitude, and exhibits excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and thrive both within a team and in a fast-paced setting.
  • Confident with Microsoft tools and eager to learn new software applications.

Bonus Points For:

  • Previous B2B inside sales, telemarketing, or customer-centric experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense.
  • A background in SaaS, events, hospitality, or similar industries.
