Your Role

As a Robot Technician, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our fleet of self-driving delivery robots running smoothly. Your day-to-day work will involve ensuring peak performance and reliability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the overall health and performance of our global robot fleet.
• Performing regular maintenance, essential upgrades, and necessary repairs on robots and their related infrastructure.
• Supporting field operations and conducting on-site rescues as needed.
• Working closely with our engineers to continually improve robot design and functionality.
• Managing hub-based warehouse tasks and conducting precise inventory checks.
• Creating and diligently updating internal and partner documentation.
• Conducting thorough root cause analyses to effectively solve technical issues.

What You’ll Bring

We are looking for someone who possesses:
