About the Role

As a Defence Supply Chain Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our Defence Supply Chain business. You’ll help clients tackle complex supply chain and logistics challenges, transform processes, and adopt new technologies to achieve sustainable results. This is a full-time position based in Bristol, UK, operating on a hybrid model with a minimum of 2–3 days per week spent in the office or on client sites.

Specifically, you will:

• Deliver high-impact consulting projects for major Defence clients, ensuring their success.
• Develop innovative strategies and implement cutting-edge supply chain solutions.
• Work on significant transformation projects in both UK and international contexts, broadening your experience.
• Advise clients on effectively embracing technology, data, and new ways of working.
• Be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team comprised of strategists, technologists, and innovators.

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for someone who possesses:

• Strong experience in supply chain and logistics, ideally across both military and industrial settings.
• A deep understanding of Defence sector processes and how to achieve value for money outcomes.
• A proven track record of leading or supporting complex change initiatives.
• Relevant qualifications like CIPS, MCIPS, or CILT are preferred, showcasing your commitment to the field.
• An analytical mindset combined with creative problem-solving skills.
• The ability to thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Prior consulting experience is required for Principal level roles.
• Expertise in supply chain design and resilience is highly desirable, further strengthening your application.
