About the Role
As an Operations Executive Apprentice, you will be at the heart of our operations team. Essentially, you’ll support customer service efforts, manage data reports, collaborate with suppliers, and deliver high-impact insights that consistently improve the customer experience.
- Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexible working available between 7 AM – 7 PM.
- Location: This is a fully remote position, requiring you to be based in the UK.
- Salary: We offer a competitive apprenticeship rate, as we are proudly a Real Living Wage employer.
- Experience Level: This is an entry-level apprenticeship opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer queries across multiple brands with both empathy and professionalism. ✉️
- Identifying customer trends, pain points, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Providing tailored support to customers experiencing vulnerable circumstances. 💜
- Managing and responding to customer reviews and various feedback channels.
- Assisting with supplier management and conducting thorough complaint investigations.
- Creating and sharing vital Management Information (MI) reports with the wider team. 📊
- Supporting internal team activities, such as colleague surveys and various administrative tasks.
A Typical Day Might Include
On a typical day, you might find yourself:
- Checking and prioritizing customer emails, perhaps over a morning coffee. ☕
- Summarizing key insights gathered from customer feedback.
- Supporting a vulnerable customer by finding a personalized solution.
- Collaborating with colleagues on supplier projects and updates.
- Finalizing daily reports and preparing for the next day’s team meeting. 📈
