What You’ll Be Doing

As a vital member of our team, you will provide essential support across our events, publishing, and commercial departments, ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. You can consistently expect variety, collaborative work, and a strong sense of purpose in your daily tasks.

    • Additionally, you will handle ordering supplies and managing deliveries efficiently.
  • Campaign & Content Support:

    • You will track timelines, proactively chase contributors, and assist with proofreading and other editorial tasks.
    • Moreover, you will help with content scheduling and asset management.
  • Database & Contact Management:

    • You will ensure our email and CRM systems remain consistently updated.
    • Beyond that, you will manage event bookings, collect valuable feedback, and maintain precise supplier records.
    • You will also research and build new contact lists to support our growth.
  • Event Preparation & Delivery:

    • You will meticulously prepare all necessary materials and kits for our events.
    • Crucially, you will attend up to 12 live events annually, providing on-site support.
    • You will also assist with delegate check-ins, coordinate speakers, and manage on-site logistics.
  • Team Coordination:

    • You will actively spot potential issues and solve them proactively, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Lastly, you will keep everyone aligned with timely updates and structured communications.

What We’re Looking For

We believe you are someone who loves to stay highly organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving forward effectively.
