Your Responsibilities Will Include

As an Operations Support Coordinator, your key responsibilities will involve:

• Managing the Time and Attendance System: You will handle this system daily, subsequently communicating any exceptions to Operational Managers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Processing Monthly Payroll: You will efficiently process monthly payroll, including overtime, bonuses, step-up-pay, deductions, and various ad-hoc payments.
• Handling Payroll Queries: You will respond to and resolve all payroll queries efficiently and professionally.
• Leading Referencing Processes: You will take charge of the referencing processes for all new hires, ensuring all checks are completed accurately.
• Coordinating ID Pass Applications: You will coordinate both ID pass applications and renewals, thereby ensuring all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Your Role in Safety & Compliance

As a vital team member, you will play an active role in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant workplace. This, for instance, includes adhering strictly to health and safety rules, attending all required training sessions, and participating in our Substance Misuse Policy, which involves regular testing.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, however, it is not strictly essential if you demonstrate strong foundational skills.
• A self-starter attitude with the proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for team collaboration.
• Strong organization and meticulous planning abilities.
• Proven experience working effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
