Join our Global HR Operations team in London and rotate between two impactful areas: Organisational Management and HR Information Systems (HRIS). You’ll work closely with international teams across EMEA and LATAM, gaining hands-on experience and valuable exposure to systems like Workday and SAP.

🧩 What Will You Be Doing?

1. Organisational Management Rotation

As part of this function, you’ll dive into the structure behind the magic — the nuts and bolts of how Disney manages its global workforce. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting position management and headcount tracking 📊
  • Learning how audits, data accuracy, and hierarchy setup shape organisational efficiency
  • Working with cross-functional teams such as Workforce Planning, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Business Partners

You’ll also be helping streamline internal systems to ensure accuracy and improve overall effectiveness in HR operations.

2. HR Information Systems (HRIS) Rotation

This team manages Disney’s HR systems, enabling the business to deliver magical experiences for its cast and crew.

Here, you’ll:

  • Support system maintenance and enhancement of platforms like SAP and Workday
  • Assist in testing, data validation, and system troubleshooting
  • Translate business requirements into functional system updates
  • Learn how to maintain compliance through system accuracy and integrity

From daily operations to large-scale project support, you’ll gain firsthand experience in managing enterprise-level HR tech infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

This internship is tailored for curious, proactive students eager to grow in a high-performing, global organisation. You don’t need years of experience — just the right mindset and a drive to learn

✅ You Must Be:

  • A second-year undergraduate enrolled in a university course with an industrial placement year
  • Returning to study in Autumn 2026
  • Eligible to work in the UK (we cannot provide visa sponsorship)
  • Available full-time from August 2025
