About the Role
As a Care Communications Sales Consultant, you will lead our efforts, using your expertise to improve patient care and operational efficiency through advanced communication systems. Specifically, this is a full-time, hybrid position based at our Dabell Ave, Nottingham location. It offers a flexible work model.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Leading the sales cycle: You will lead the entire sales cycle, managing end-to-end client relationships and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to project completion.
- Targeting healthcare clients: You will focus on securing crucial care communication installation projects within the healthcare sector.
- Conducting site surveys: You will conduct site surveys, assess client needs on-site, and skillfully design custom communication systems, including nurse call and staff attack alarms.
- Presenting technical solutions: You will confidently present complex technical solutions to senior management and board-level stakeholders.
- Driving sales performance: You will actively manage sales pipelines and boost performance using Salesforce.
- Furthermore, you will collaborate effectively with regional teams and technical support on complex projects, ensuring successful implementation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who brings:
- We look for a strong background in area sales, account management, or technical project sales.
- Proven experience in B2B selling of technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work effectively and independently.
- A full UK Driving Licence is required, as travel will be part of this role.
- We prefer experience with Salesforce; however, it is not mandatory, as we provide training.
- We also prefer familiarity with healthcare communication systems. Nonetheless, comprehensive training will be provided.
