Job Details
- Location: Nottingham, England
- Contract: This part-time position offers 20 to 35 hours per week.
- Pay Rate: You’ll earn between £12.75 and £13.65 per hour.
- Holiday: Enjoy 30–35 days of holiday (pro rata), providing ample time for rest and rejuvenation.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Assistant, your day will be varied and focused on ensuring a positive experience for every shopper. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with their questions and purchases, always with a friendly and helpful approach.
- Efficiently unloading and stocking deliveries, ensuring products are available and neatly presented.
- Keeping the bakery section fresh and fully stocked, so customers can enjoy our delicious baked goods.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-merchandised store throughout your shifts.
- Ensuring the middle aisles of Non-Food items are well-presented, making it easy for customers to find what they need.
- Delivering exceptional customer service at every single touchpoint, creating a positive shopping environment.
