About the Role

As a Lead Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role within the HRA’s Digital Directorate. Specifically, you’ll drive complex, multi-system solutions as an integral part of our major digital overhaul. This includes, for example, the development of an Integrated Research Application and Workflow System. You’ll collaborate extensively across various teams, lead stakeholder engagement efforts, and significantly influence our overall digital strategy. Furthermore, you’ll serve as a vital mentor to other analysts within our thriving business analysis community.

Key Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading and shaping the entire business analysis strategy across our digital transformation programs. ✅
• Taking full ownership of stakeholder engagement and developing a deep understanding of complex enterprise needs. ✅
• Identifying crucial improvement opportunities across people, processes, data, and technology. ✅
• Defining clear user and business needs to effectively shape product design and successful delivery. ✅
• Supporting Product Managers with vital prioritization efforts and providing insights for developing minimum viable products. ✅
• Mentoring junior analysts and proudly representing the Business Analyst (BA) discipline both within and outside the HRA. ✅
• Actively participating in key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and engaging show-and-tells. ✅
