About the Trainee Project Coordinator Role

As a Trainee Project Coordinator, you’ll dive headfirst into the world of modern construction and advanced manufacturing. You’ll gain practical, hands-on experience supporting the coordination of crucial design, manufacturing, and assembly processes for high-profile UK infrastructure projects. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to learn and grow within the industry.

Apprenticeship Details

Depending on your current qualifications, you’ll embark on one of two structured pathways:

• Option 1: Initially, you’ll be enrolled in a Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor program, which spans 3 years.
• Following this, you’ll progress to a Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Construction Site Management, also a 3-year program.

Alternatively, if you already meet the degree-level entry requirements, you’ll jump straight into the degree apprenticeship. Ultimately, you’ll gain invaluable project experience while simultaneously studying through one of our trusted training providers—allowing you to develop your career and earn a salary concurrently.

What We’re Seeking

We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

• Academic Achievement: A-Level achievers (minimum 3 A-Levels, including Maths and a Science subject) OR a BTEC Extended Diploma in a construction-related subject OR a T Level in Design, Surveying and Planning (with a Grade C in core).
• Eligibility: You must possess the legal right to work in the UK.
• Passion: A genuine passion for innovation, continuous learning, and infrastructure development.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

As a Trainee Project Coordinator, your key contributions will involve:

• Supporting seamless coordination between design, manufacturing, and on-site assembly teams.
• Working directly on some of the UK’s most iconic construction projects, gaining invaluable experience.
• Gaining in-depth exposure to precast manufacturing and advanced modular solutions.
