What You’ll Be Doing

As our Marketing / Lead Generation specialist, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our digital footprint and driving business growth. Your responsibilities include:

• Campaign Management: Running effective lead generation campaigns across email, search engines, and social media platforms.
• Social Media Growth: Managing and growing our brand presence on platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
• SEO Strategy: Overseeing our SEO strategies and working to make our brand more discoverable online.
• Content Creation: Creating compelling content for blogs, advertisements, and landing pages that resonates with our audience.
• Performance Optimization: Tracking campaign performance diligently and optimizing strategies to consistently improve results.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitor activity to ensure we stay ahead of the curve and maintain our competitive edge.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who brings:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation; experience in the finance or automotive sectors is preferred, though not strictly required.
• Strong SEO skills, demonstrated by proficiency with tools like Google Search Console or SEMrush.
• Confidence in handling Meta Ads, Google Ads, and overall social media strategy.
• A creative mindset coupled with strong copywriting skills.
• A data-savvy and results-driven approach to marketing.
• Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to be a great team player.
