💼 The Role: Social Media Marketing Executive

As part of our dynamic digital marketing team, you’ll play a key role in planning, producing, and publishing content that captures attention and delivers results across multiple platforms.

This position requires strategic thinking, technical skill, and creative flair — all while working collaboratively with our marketing, operations, and creative teams.

🎯 Your Responsibilities

🔍 Content Strategy & Planning

• Conduct market and trend research to identify current and emerging topics
• Plan and manage a social media calendar in line with marketing campaigns
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure all messaging aligns with our brand voice

🎥 Content Creation

• Produce and edit high-quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn
• Deliver short-form educational and promotional video clips — both behind and in front of the camera
• Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and carousels (Canva, Adobe tools)

📈 Campaign Execution & Monitoring

• Strategically schedule posts for maximum reach and engagement
• Use tools such as Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to manage campaigns
• Monitor analytics to measure content performance and adjust accordingly

💬 Community Engagement

• Proactively engage with our followers by replying to comments and messages
• Build meaningful relationships to increase brand loyalty and drive conversation
• Launch interactive campaigns like polls, quizzes, livestreams or Q&As

🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with our marketing designers, copywriters, and video producers
• Contribute ideas to integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC and affiliate strategies

About You:

We’re looking for someone who isn’t just active on social media — they understand it.

You know how to speak to different audiences, translate technical topics into digestible content, and stop the scroll with thumb-stopping visuals and hooks.

✅ You’ll Need:

• 1+ years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role (or an exceptional personal portfolio)
•  Strong knowledge of trending formats, platforms, and algorithms
•  Experience with video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Understanding of wider digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing)
