 The Role: Social Media Executive

Your Mission:

As our next Social Media Executive, you’ll help grow urfuture’s voice across platforms, from TikTok and Instagram to YouTube Shorts, Snap, and beyond.

This job is hands-on. Fast-moving. Culture-shaping.
You’ll be behind the camera, in front of it, editing it — then in the comments section building a real community.

 What You’ll Be Doing

• Create video-first content daily that’s clever, edgy, relatable — and worth watching
• Lead trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts (wherever Gen Z lives online)
• Engage with our audience: comment, duet, stitch, respond, DM — build relationships
• Collaborate with UK brands to turn job posts into moments that go viral
• Pitch creative ideas and test what works — you’re not just following trends, you’re setting them
• Track what clicks and evolve with the data (views, engagement, saves, shares — we want all the wins)

Who We’re Looking For:

We don’t care if you’ve never had a “real job.”
We care that you’re obsessed with creating content — and always have your phone ready to shoot.

You might be a TikTok creator.
You might have made viral Reels just for fun.
