Ecoscape UK, on the other hand, pioneers sustainable building solutions, offering the widest and most innovative range of composite decking, cladding, fencing, and more. We proudly lead the way in eco-friendly innovation and design within our sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for a diverse range of activities, encompassing both digital marketing and content creation, as well as comprehensive social media management.

Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

• Plan and deliver highly engaging email marketing campaigns, automated flows, and strategic promotional announcements to our target audiences. 📩
• Develop creative, clear, and audience-targeted content across all relevant digital channels.
• Write and distribute compelling press releases, alongside crafting insightful monthly company newsletters. 📰
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and designers to produce visually stunning and impactful visuals and copy.
• Track performance diligently with a data-driven mindset, continuously refining strategies through robust A/B testing and in-depth analytics.
• Ensure full GDPR compliance and apply all email marketing best practices to maintain high standards.

Social Media Management:

• Take ownership of and execute our social media strategies across key platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. 📱
• Create and schedule diverse multimedia content, including captivating stories, reels, video, and more, to keep our audiences engaged.
• Foster strong community engagement through timely replies and interactive content that sparks conversation. 💬
• Monitor key metrics vigilantly and boost performance with data-backed adjustments to maximize reach and impact.
• Run effective paid ad campaigns to significantly increase brand visibility and drive conversions across both brands.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who brings:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, or communications roles.
• Proficiency with CRM/email tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Hands-on experience utilizing social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or Later.
• Excellent copywriting skills, coupled with a strong sense of brand tone and the ability to tell compelling stories. ✍️
• An analytical mindset, with the capability to draw actionable insights from data and refine strategies accordingly.
• Flexible communication skills, comfortable adapting your approach to work across two unique brand identities.
• Familiarity with paid media strategies and their implementation.
• An organized, proactive approach, capable of efficiently managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with an 8-hour shift.
• Type: This is a full-time, in-person role.
