What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will actively bring our brand to life across all social media and digital platforms. Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, creating, and posting dynamic, original content to effectively build and engage our online communities.
• Monitoring emerging trends and viral moments to ensure our campaigns are consistently timely and relevant.
• Actively engaging with followers by promptly replying to comments, direct messages, and feedback, fostering strong community connections.
• Supporting campaigns with creative visuals, compelling written content, and impactful short-form videos.
• Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing and the PR/Press team to ensure seamless brand consistency across all communications.
• Traveling occasionally between our vibrant campuses in Eastbourne, Hastings, Lewes, and Newhaven to capture diverse content and support various initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, we are seeking someone who possesses:

• Prior experience in managing or supporting social media accounts, demonstrating a solid understanding of various platforms.
• Confidence and proficiency in using modern social media tools like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. 🎥
