🎯 What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Basic understanding of IT concepts and systems
• Some theoretical knowledge or a portfolio you can show
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A big personality and eagerness to learn!
• GCSE Grade A-C in Maths and English preferred (or willingness to complete functional skills)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
• Diagnosing and resolving network connectivity problems such as DNS and TCP/IP
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining operating systems like Windows Server and Mac OS
• Setting up new computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Responding to user inquiries and resolving IT problems promptly
• Collaborating with team members to improve IT procedures
• Documenting technical processes and creating user guides
• Assisting with IT asset and inventory management
