As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll become the local hero who helps restaurants thrive in the digital age.

Your Role – What You’ll Be Doing

This is a full-on field-based role, meaning you’ll be out there, meeting restaurant owners, presenting solutions, and closing deals face-to-face. No two days are the same — but every day is rewarding. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Build relationships with independent restaurants and showcase the value Uber Eats can bring to their business
  • Take charge of the entire sales process — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and onboarding
  • Negotiate contracts that balance great deals for partners with strong economics for Uber Eats
  • Educate restaurant partners about Uber Eats’ offerings, including new features, tools, and promotional opportunities
  • Optimise internal processes, helping Uber Eats move efficiently as we scale operations
  • Own the restaurant landscape in your territory — your area is your responsibility!
  • Track activity and performance, using data to identify high-potential leads and refine your approach

Your focus will be on bringing new top-tier restaurants to the platform and helping them unlock new revenue streams — while also shaping the Uber Eats experience in your region.

About You – What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone energetic, people-driven, and obsessed with food and innovation. You should be ready to hit the ground running and represent Uber Eats with passion and professionalism. Here’s what makes you a strong candidate:

  •  You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in sales (field sales, telesales, or business development)
  •  You know how to negotiate deals and close contracts — and you love doing it
  •  You’re confident both in person and over the phone — whether it’s a casual chat or a formal pitch, you can win hearts
  •  You’re solution-oriented and can find creative ways to overcome objections and challenges
  •  You’re self-motivated, resilient, and driven by targets — when the going gets tough, you keep going
  •  You have strong knowledge of local restaurants and food culture in your area
  •  You thrive in fast-paced environments and stay cool and organised under pressure
  •  Above all, you’re a people person — friendly, approachable, and full of energy

Territory Focus

You’ll be covering a designated area within London, identifying top eateries that are a great fit for Uber Eats. This is an exciting opportunity to truly own your market — from discovering hidden gems to onboarding London’s next cult-favourite food joint.
