The Role of an Exam Invigilator
As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of assessments and exams. You will support students during weekly Saturday in-house tests and during the formal examination periods throughout the academic year.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing examination rooms and distributing exam materials
Supervising students during tests to prevent misconduct
Ensuring all exam conditions are strictly followed
Assisting with the collection and secure return of completed scripts
Reporting any incidents in line with college policies
Supporting students with extra needs where required
Maintaining exam integrity with care and professionalism
Full training will be provided to ensure you understand all exam board procedures and college policies.

Working Hours & Flexibility:
This is a casual, part-time role ideal for individuals seeking flexible work. Typical working patterns include:
📅 Saturdays (in-house weekly assessments)
🗓️ Exam seasons (e.g. January, May–June, October–November)
Exact schedules will vary depending on the academic calendar. We aim to offer shifts that suit your availability while meeting the needs of the college.
