Learn About The Altitude Pilot Pathway
The Altitude Pilot Pathway is a unique opportunity for new students to train for careers as pilots at Allegiant through Certified Flight Instructors*. Allegiant has partnered with McAir as their training provider. During the Altitude journey, cadets will:
- Interview while building flight hours
- Learn Allegiant culture and values first-hand
- Develop critical leadership skills
- Train for six FAA certificates and ratings*
Up to $50k loan payment after 3 years of service (Conditional on meeting performance expectations).
*The Pathway is available to interested McAir Aviation and Metro State University Denver students. Pathway terms and availability may be subject to change. McAir Aviation and Allegiant do not guarantee third-party certifications. Employment at McAir or Allegiant is not guaranteed. Images are not representative of training at McAir.
