About the Role

Wealth management at Rothschild & Co is centered around offering clients a first-class, personalised experience. Our approach is built on strong relationships and collaboration, ensuring that clients receive tailored investment strategies that align with their financial goals.

As a Graduate Client Adviser Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client adviser teams, who oversee client relationships and ensure that investment strategies are effectively implemented. You will work closely with senior Client Advisers, Associates, Analysts, and Client Service Executives to provide comprehensive support and insights that enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation of portfolio reviews, investment proposals, and client communications.
• Conducting bespoke analyses to assess and address specific client needs.
• Proactively monitoring and reviewing client portfolios, considering risk tolerance, tax implications, and investment suitability.
• Collaborating with the investment team to coordinate and implement investment recommendations.
• Managing new client account openings in collaboration with advisers, client service executives, and compliance teams.
• Researching and compiling data on markets, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
• Identifying and supporting opportunities for new client development within the team.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek individuals who are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about financial markets. The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong academic background, with at least ABB or above at A-Level and a 2:1 or higher in a relevant degree.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to teamwork.
• High levels of professional integrity and a commitment to excellence.
• A keen interest in financial markets and investment strategies.
