What You’ll Do:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to the customer’s maintenance team.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with rolling stock.
- Monitor train performance and identify potential problems.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient maintenance and repairs.
- Analyze data and create detailed technical reports.
- Mentor and support team members in technical development.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential engineering qualifications (Apprenticeship, NVQ, or BTEC).
- Proficiency in IT systems.
- Experience in the railway industry (preferred).
- Valid UK driving license.
