Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the entire Salesforce implementation lifecycle, from initial design and architecture to deployment and ongoing support.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and other IT teams to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies, including seamless integration with other enterprise systems.
• Ensure the quality and performance of all Salesforce implementations through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or in a similar role with a strong track record of successful Salesforce implementations.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices, including platform limits, security considerations, and data governance.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical ¹ audiences.
