💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Advisor, your mission is simple: deliver outstanding guest experiences through top-tier customer service, excellent product knowledge, and a dash of charm. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

Greet & Connect

• Be the first friendly face our customers see, offering a warm welcome the moment they walk through the door.
• Create a personalised experience by listening to customers’ needs and offering tailored advice.

 Handle Transactions with Ease

• Take care of payments, refunds, and exchanges with confidence and professionalism.
• Help manage queues and keep everything running smoothly at the tills.
• Be a point of contact for customer feedback — both the sweet and the constructive!

Master the Magic of Chocolate

• Learn all about our product range, including how our cacao is grown, how our chocolates are made, and the magic behind our unique flavours.
• Share your knowledge with guests to help them discover their next indulgent treat.

 Run Tasting Sessions & Product Demos

• Take the spotlight by hosting tasting sessions that allow guests to savour the richness of our products.
• Showcase our range in action with exciting, engaging demonstrations that highlight flavour, quality, and craftsmanship.

Support with Deliveries & Stock

• Pitch in with handling deliveries and restocking shelves.
• Help keep our stockroom, café space, and customer areas tidy and organised in line with our health and safety practices.

 Café Area (if applicable)

• Prepare delicious hot and cold drinks, velvety ice creams, and snacks to our signature standards.
• Follow allergen protocols and hygiene guidelines, ensuring every treat is as safe as it is satisfying.
