As an integral part of the HR and Communications division, you will bring your energy, structured approach, and insightful perspective to a variety of impactful programmes. This remote, UK-based role will involve occasional travel to our Gosforth and Glasgow offices (approximately twice per quarter).
Your Key Contributions:
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and providing essential support for day-to-day tasks, efficient meeting planning, and seamless programme activities.
- Playing a key part in the delivery of community-focused initiatives, including Make £5 Grow, Appreciate Recognition, our valued charity partnerships, and impactful volunteering programmes.
- Diving deep into relevant data to identify key trends and uncover opportunities for enhancing colleague recognition and overall engagement.
- Effectively managing queries, escalating issues appropriately, and fostering strong collaboration across various departments to cultivate a purpose-driven culture throughout the organization.
- Diligently keeping track of programme budgets, efficiently raising purchase orders, and ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations.
- Providing crucial assistance in organizing engaging events and liaising effectively with third-party vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For in You:

- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, enabling you to effectively manage fast-paced responsibilities with ease.
- Excellent communication skills across all mediums – written, verbal, and interpersonal – allowing you to interact effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-starting mindset, coupled with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a valuable member of a team.
- Comfort and proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to change and new processes within a dynamic and mission-led environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
While not essential, the following would be advantageous:
- Previous experience in change implementation and financial management.
- Familiarity with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Prior experience in raising purchase orders and meticulously tracking programme budgets.
