About the Role:

As a Picker, your role is absolutely vital in ensuring that our customers receive precisely what they need – quickly and efficiently. From handling and organizing stock to accurately picking customer deliveries, and furthermore, to keeping our shelves well-stocked and our store operations running smoothly, you will be involved in various essential tasks – ensuring that no two days are ever quite the same!

Your Responsibilities:

You will accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal. It will also be your responsibility to check product quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity for all deliveries. Moreover, you will process customer orders efficiently and strive to meet set targets. Additionally, you will interact courteously with delivery staff and escalate any complex queries appropriately to ensure smooth operations.

What We Need From You:

We are looking for individuals with a positive, can-do attitude and comfort working towards established pick targets. A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, coupled with a strong attention to detail, is essential. Furthermore, reliability is key – we expect you to always be punctual and professionally presented.
