With a fixed-term contract for this project, you will take on the role of “HR Manager” in this assignment. You will be a vital component of our HR team and assist the project manager in every way. Streamlining project management procedures is your primary duty in order to satisfy our growing business’s demands. Important responsibilities include working with the Stunited management system and offering HR assistance for critical elements that fall under the purview of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the complete hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, in order to draw in and hire the best applicants.
2. To gain access to a varied talent pool, build solid ties with career services, educational institutions, and other pertinent partners.
3. Provide new program participants with thorough orientations that cover program prerequisites, program introduction, and pertinent policies and procedures.
4. Ensure accurate and easily available data by managing individual profiles on Monday.com, our project management and collaboration solution.
5. Arrange job skills training by setting up classes and supplying materials needed to assist participants in acquiring the abilities needed for their positions.
6. Meet with program participants on a regular basis to assess their development, resolve issues, and make sure they get the assistance they need while on placement.
7. Make cold calls to develop connections and cultivate business-to-business (B2B) partnerships. Reach out to prospective organizations and partners to find placement opportunities.
8. In order to guarantee that all financial concerns are handled smoothly, oversee the tracking and collection of outstanding payments pertaining to the placement program.
9. Oversee interns’ training and development activities, which may include planning seminars, classes, and mentorship programs.
10 Provide personal branding exercises to program participants, such as professional image building and web presence enhancement seminars.
11. Handle email correspondence about the placement program in an effective manner, making sure that crucial information is sent out on time.
12. Verify and gather information for the magazine portfolio that will highlight program members’ accomplishments and labor.
13. Gather and keep track of pertinent data and information from a variety of sources, such as participant, placement, and program activity information.
Make relationships with writers to work together on content linked to magazines and personal branding, organizing the production of content and publishing processes.
14. Assign duties and obligations to other team members or participants in the placement program to guarantee seamless program functioning.
15. Help with each candidate’s weekly report, monthly report, and feedback for all colleges.
16. Maintain connections with academic partners and other business-to-business (B2B) contacts by interacting with universities and other institutions to help program participants get placements.
17. Organize workshops, events, webinars, and communicate with possible employers in addition to managing career fairs and other initiatives pertaining to placement. Manage the events’ logistical needs.
18. Gather and keep track of pertinent data and information from a variety of sources, such as participant, placement, and program activity information.

23. Interview potential program participants and actively engage in the selection process to identify the most qualified applicants for our program.
24. Build solid relationships with academic partners and other possible B2B connections by working together with university placement teams to ensure efficient coordination and communication.

Salary: £12,000.00-£15,000.00 per year, Temp to perm

Hours of Work: 8-hour workday during the day

From Monday to Friday

Qualifications for Education: a master’s degree is recommended.

Experience at Work: Two years of HR experience is desired.

Location Needed: Transportation to Northampton, NN3 2HF, is required.

Availability to Move: Northampton, NN3 2HF, Before construction is started, relocation is required.
